We work hard to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all products including iPhone, mobile phones, laptops, headphones,  earbud and much more. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, or other content on our website are completely error-free. If a product you receive does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You can browse and make purchases on EoneStore with or without creating an account. However, creating an account provides benefits such as order tracking, faster checkout, and access to order history.

If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

All prices on EoneStore are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders that have been confirmed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund in PKR.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from EoneStore. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, which occurs when we ship your products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any additional costs associated with address corrections or re-delivery attempts.
